Essay- role the teacher in increase interest the students' learning.

The students in Indonesia, mostly feel bored and lazy in some lesson like math, English, and saints. The probably they feel that, because the lesson is difficult, heavy and the teacher use old method so make them boring to listen and watch the lesson. Because of that, they choose don’t do their homework, they always cut a class, and a few of the students don’t watch or focus in the lesson because they feel bored with how the teacher teach. And the teacher like don’t care with the students do, they still continue the material without care to the students. Nothing takes and gives in learning process, so flat. It can be said the students undergoing a decline in interest learning. This is due to the teacher is very important in increase interest the students learning. Because, teacher have big responsible in the school especially in learning process. There are some things that the teacher can do in increase the students learning, change the style of teaching, approaches, and motivation.
Change the style of teaching is needed for the teacher so that the students not bored in learning process. The teacher must creative and innovative when they teach and explain the material. For the example is the teacher give some new to the students, before start the learning give warming up or stimulus to the students so that they interest, maybe some clue about your material, step by step this can make students interest and active in the class.  And give some joke so that the students happy and want to listen what you explain. Make a slide presentation as exciting as possible because the students very like to watch something interest. And maybe the teacher can ask the students go outside, so the teacher directly give real example. Always make something new so that the students not bored in process learning.
The teacher must know when the students feel bored, etc. And why they do that. And the answer is do approaches to the students. The teacher can ask personally after class finished or in break time in the office. So, the teacher can know what the reason of the teacher feel like that, because this very important to the teacher and the students so that the learning process can optimum. But, usually the students afraid when they called the teacher in office and they just silent or lie when the teacher ask. So, don’t ask the students with angry face or interrogation situation like the police. Be like their friends, with friendly face, and comfortable situation. If they still lie or afraid, you can give the students questionnaire about your lesson and ask them give advice for the teacher.
Motivation is an effort that the teacher do for increase the students’ happiness and spirit of learning. The teacher must give some motivation to the students so that they are spirit to learn and do their homework. In the beginning or in the last lesson, the teacher should give motivation but, don’t over because it’s not good for the students. The students can listen or watch when you give them some quotes from famous person. Or tell them short story about the journey of life a good person or a famous person that they have flaw, a lack but they have spirit to be a success. The story or quotes can influence if the teacher tell to the students seriously. So, motivation very important in learning process and the teacher must use it.
From explanation above, we can conclude if there are many things that the the teacher have so that the learning can optimum. Change the style of teaching, approaches, and motivation is related and give big influence for the students. And that things help the teacher in increase interest the students’ learning.

My creative writing => Description of my mate

My mate's name is Lusia choirun Nisa. She lives in Muncar, about 40km from Banyuwangi city. And she studies in UNTAG Banyuwangi, she takes English Department. She is in 5 semester now. She is 20 years old, same as me. She doesn't have side job, she is a full study student. When she is at home, she just sleeps more because she prepares energy to go to campus, play with neighbours, chit chat, and share laugh, then look for signal. Lusia Choirun Nisa is smart, diligent, beautiful, fun, and nice person. And she said to me if she doesn't like making friend with rude, impolite, arrogant, and smoking people. And the last, she has close expectation that is to get married.

the curriculum 2013

In 2013, there was new curriculum replaced KTSP they called curriculum 2013. Since released, there were some problem in teachers side because the government policy that unexpectedly and not aggre with range. Some teachers feel confused with that curriculum because thay must adapt of it. There some problem on teachers side. First, the teachers less guidance about KI and basic competence understanding. So, they didn't maximaze to teach in the class and some of they still used old method because still didnt understand how to teach while using curriculum 2013. Second, the teacher feel difficult when make lesson plan because most of sylabus not accepted them. In curriculum 2013, final sylabus made from government so they must wait that if they want to make lesson plan, and sometimes sylabus came late so the teachers feel confused and difficult. The suggest of solution were, organize some workshop or seminar that discuss about curriculum 2013, so that the teacher could share with another teacher and develope their knowledge and ability while they teach use curriculum 2013. Another way was organize to meeting with another school that have been used that curriculum, so the teachers can got experience and some advice how the teach, implicant, and creative in the class while use curriculum. So, we can conclude that curriculum 2013 didnt optimum.

process or product in education point of view

In education point of  view, process is more important than product. As matter of fact the learners feel tired, confuse and lazy when they meet difficulties assignment also need long peocess to get a result. I think is normal if they feel like that, but sometimes they still try to finish the process although they hopeless to get a right result. In other word, process is an effort to maximize the result. So, they need more effort to get a right result. Then, process help sharpen the way of thinking. The mean is, help the learners more creative in process, they dont use one process but another way or another process to get a result. In other side, product is the mirror of process, it means that, we can see a product through how the learners do the process. In conclusion, the value of learning process is more important than the result of  it.

The importance of English

English as importance language in our life. Because english as international language. Although in Indonesia, english as a foreign language. So very important for us to learn english language. The first, the fact that increasing amount of worldwide business are being conducted in english. The second, for work like, public speaker more confidence when they perform and for guide when they accompany the tourist. The third, we can send applicant to big company in other country. So, we should more learn english language so that we realize the english very important in our life.

Technology

The influences of over using technology. The people sometimes over using technology, until they unrealized with the situation, where are they, where are they sit, with who are they, etc. They forget about that and just focus to the gadget. But also for adult, the children too. Because the children and gadget very close. If their parents give the gadget and lose control, their children can play games all day and they don't have friend, even they dont want play with their friends then they will be individualism. Their communicate will limited in the real life. They just communication through social media. They dont care about their real life, the truth function of gadget, their relationship. So, that some the reason that people dont over using technology.
