the curriculum 2013

In 2013, there was new curriculum replaced KTSP they called curriculum 2013. Since released, there were some problem in teachers side because the government policy that unexpectedly and not aggre with range. Some teachers feel confused with that curriculum because thay must adapt of it. There some problem on teachers side. First, the teachers less guidance about KI and basic competence understanding. So, they didn't maximaze to teach in the class and some of they still used old method because still didnt understand how to teach while using curriculum 2013. Second, the teacher feel difficult when make lesson plan because most of sylabus not accepted them. In curriculum 2013, final sylabus made from government so they must wait that if they want to make lesson plan, and sometimes sylabus came late so the teachers feel confused and difficult. The suggest of solution were, organize some workshop or seminar that discuss about curriculum 2013, so that the teacher could share with another teacher and develope their knowledge and ability while they teach use curriculum 2013. Another way was organize to meeting with another school that have been used that curriculum, so the teachers can got experience and some advice how the teach, implicant, and creative in the class while use curriculum. So, we can conclude that curriculum 2013 didnt optimum.

process or product in education point of view

In education point of  view, process is more important than product. As matter of fact the learners feel tired, confuse and lazy when they meet difficulties assignment also need long peocess to get a result. I think is normal if they feel like that, but sometimes they still try to finish the process although they hopeless to get a right result. In other word, process is an effort to maximize the result. So, they need more effort to get a right result. Then, process help sharpen the way of thinking. The mean is, help the learners more creative in process, they dont use one process but another way or another process to get a result. In other side, product is the mirror of process, it means that, we can see a product through how the learners do the process. In conclusion, the value of learning process is more important than the result of  it.
